When is ROF expansion opened to F2P?

    Do I have to be All-access to gain access to ROF before November 11th?

    I've logged in 3 F2P accounts and they all show that only 18 of 21 available expansions are available.

    Meanwhile, I saw a thread where Roshen said that ROF would be opened to F2P when TDS is released.

    Yes.
    RoF becomes open to free accounts on Nov 11. The release date for TDS is Nov 11. The Oct 28 date is a head start / early access perk for all access accounts.

    RoF is open to all since yesterday.
    I know it shows 18 of 21 on banner but i have been able to zone ftp alts into Shards Landing who didnt own the expansion since yesterdays patch.

    Im wondering if raids unlocked or still need to worry about flagging everyone.

    Ahh thanks, I noticed I was able to buy something in /baz from outside Bazaar on my f2p character, so I suppose ROF is enabled then.
