Ive seen this term thrown around a bit and ive been wondering what it means. My characters are between 85-95 in levels so maybe its a lvl 100+ thing that I just haven't gotten to yet.
Pretty much a level 95+ thing. It's tradeable gear with raid stats that has an extremely low chance of dropping off of random mobs in group zones. They can sell for millions of platinum or multiple Kronos. You might see the occasional piece linked in general chat every so often.
Ahh, I honestly doubt Ill ever see 95+, but Ill keep my eye out and see what comes across general chat.
Chase Loot can be - Zone wide rares(tradeable) might be short term zone items available for a short time like Anniversary or Fabled.
