What exactly does Relaxed True Box mean?

    I am confused as I thought True Box meant that you can't have more than one account per physical computer. This seems like a hybrid between True Box and Rizlona/Ragefire ruleset.

    They are putting a limit of only 3 accounts per computer, and not being able to run 54 accounts off one computer; so the True Box requirement will be "relaxed" but not entirely done away with.
