What blocks Berserker Epic 2.0?

    I can't seem to figure it out. I thought it was just that my song buffs were full but it doesn't seem to be that.

    Trying to cast my epic and not having it take hold is seriously annoying!

    Why would a ranger healing spell block my epic? That makes no sense!

    Blinding was an issue until the slot changed 11/2016
    Epic click is a 100 hp hot in slot 11, a larger hot will prevent or end epic if not blocked
