What are rogues like past velious?

In all those many years it never was a problem. Basically since Dirt in the Eyes got embedded into LS. Maybe the AA is just a little bit bugged, and does act differently on some ranks. And maybe some players do use mash keys that do include blind and LS.

would love a few more rogues to raid with.

Must try that by myself later. I assume that your LS is on a much higher rank than mine. Let's see if that will make a difference. Are there any mobs that are immune to blind / not affected ?

Make sure at max range when you cast it, it should immediately turn and go away. If its to close it will stay on you have to back up rapidly and the path away should happen. From what I could remember if it lands that should occur on any mob.

Ive used it in raids and it didn't always rear its ugly head as tanks were/are close enough to keep it from running. But if the tank gets push back from a mob and get oor they will path off. This happend all the time in the Basilica Raid on the rock golems. Wed be fighting the on the platform with the raid boss and one would just say nah bud im good and dip out into the hallway, which can aggro other mobs.

I made a bug report for Ligament Slice. I found out that the AA consolidation broke the skill when encountering mobs that are immune to snare. Which might be the reason why I never had problems with the blind component of that skill. Maybe I just always fought snare immune mobs.

I just use it to split pull when my other mezzes are down. Fear one, run away with the other and escape, than re-engage the one I pulled. Would be nice to add it back to a mash key with the rest of my stuff thou.
