Weapon Mastery of the Katori

    Does anyone know how this AA is working? Perhaps with numbers how this scale with the delay? I've purchased the last 4 Ranks in ToV and haven't seen significantly difference on testing on the dummy with just autoattack. I'm using the T3 Monk/BST weapons from ToV with 1h 18dly and 2h 23dly.

    1s of delay = 1x damage listed

    Find your hasted delay and multiply that number by the value

    HHE doesn't count against the scaling

    Ah, got it :)

    Went up from around 2,7k to 3,8k for 1h in the log.
