We Never Get Boared

Stuck on my final non TS/Vanity ach. Any tips on this for the GMM raid. Dodging the Boar sounds simple enough yet enough things can happen to fail it. Anyone got some tips or unique styles / work arounds they did to get this ach? We are getting 32 emote per event with our low numbers so alot of chance for failure. Any outside the box thinking for this one?

I think I just ran into the next room then when I saw him come in one door Id go out the other one. In and out till he gives up.

Thats how we are trying now, using both room and running to 4 corners. Goofy part is if you get hung up on a platforms corner when your running, or get the weird mouse action where turning, you end up instantly doing a 180 and running into him.

Making the boar run between rooms is your best bet. Get him stuck on geometry as much as possible. But it's a movement and situational awareness skill check for potentially anyone in the raid. Some players just "aren't good" at that part of it. Not throwing shade, just saying some people have become so used to playing this game standing stationary in one place and never having to move with precision and quickness that it's not a skill they've learned how to execute.

I wouldn't worry about utilizing all 4 corners, I'd just run from one room to the other. As soon as the boar comes through either the left or the right door into the room you're in, be ready to run through the opposite door into the other room. Having levitate and bard speed on as many people as possible is also helpful (or Shm Tala'tak). So remind your bards to recast often. But everyone needs to make it a priority to know where the boar is when it switches targets and be ready to react quickly when it targets them. They need to drop whatever their doing move to the opposite room from where the boar is. Quick reaction time is key. We always had a few slow people that never realized it was coming for them until the raid leader literally called them out in voice chat and tell them to get a move on.
