That's the Lucy page for Killing Spree. It will show which "slot" each effect goes into. Now look up the other two discs/spells. If their effects for those slots are different, then they will stack. If the effect in that slot is the same, then they won't stack.

In other words, Killing spree adds endurance regen in slot 13. As long as the other two add endurance regen in a different slot, then they might stack ("might", since the other effects must also pass this test).

They have other effects besides the core boost

I think you need to redo BL everytime you zone.
