[WAR] BP suggestions

    Please a defensive proc threesold rune would be preferred.
    Paladins and SK receive a mitigation boost on their BP, paladin with boost to their heal, SK with boost to their lifetap.
    Would be much more useful for us than a DPS clicky. We are a tank class, not a DPS class.
