Don't understand what to do with the click things that random people get. Anyone have any tips on how to do this one?
Without spelling it out entirely... The people who get them aren't random. Check your positioning. Everyone can get one at the same time. The achievement says to block the power. The description of the effect says it prevents the refracted effect from harming the bearer. There are some obvious emotes happening that should clue you in on when power is being directed to a certain location.
