Depths of Dark Hollow is not yet active on Vulak as of this morning but we received a serverwide message last night (Tuesday) that the barrier is weakening. No vote is active. Can someone from Sony please tell us why these expansions are rolling out without votes and ahead of schedule. If the rule set for the current progression servers has changed, we'd like to know about it.
You get the "barrier is weakening" message after all bosses of that expansion are beaten. That message only denotes the start of the 2-month grace period before the vote goes live. The unlock message is different. It says something along the lines of "the barriers have fallen."
