So for the past couple months of doing Velks raids i basically lag out once we get to bled/bled engraged. It only seems to happen when im at the golems for the raid, once i'm near them i damn near lock up, if i manage to gate out, then the lag is totally gone and it disappears as soon as the event ends. I've deleted all files in related to velks2. Logs are deleted pre event, and clear text from all windows. At this point all I can think of is a fresh install of EQ. This doesnt happen anywhere else in game. My specs are MSI laptop running Windows 10 Processor: i7 9750h 32GB ram Video: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
Is Dynamic Lighting turned on? Try running with different video settings - Vertex Shaders, Pixel Shaders etc. But it sounds like an issue the Dynamic Lighting setting would cause when turned ON in the past. Try turning it off.
i dont think its on but i will double check for sure. I did a fresh install shortly after posting this so time will tell. Thanks man
