Attempting to use /disc Veilwalker's Synergy in a social does not work. At first I thought it was the ' but Dreamwalker's Synergy does work. Anyone else having this problem? I will report it as a bug if so or if no one can help me figure out why it is not working. Thanks.
A few things to check, most of these are like duh stuff that happens a lot. Do you actually have the Rk1 version of Veilwalker's Synergy? If you only have the Rk. II or Rk. III versions then you will need to use "/disc Veilwalker's Synergy Rk. II" or "/disc Veilwalker's Synergy Rk. III" respectively. You might have bought the Rk1 version of Dreamwalker's when you leveled up your monk (especially if it was in the last few months when that was added to the PoK vendors), but bought the cantrip in the bazaar and turned in for the Rk2 of Veilwalker's without ever getting the rank 1. Make sure there are no extra spaces at the end or typos, this is usually the case 9 times out of ten. You did buy/turn in for the disc and right clicked it to learn it right? Every now and again, someone either thinks about buying something and says I'll get it in the morning; or buys it but forgets to right click it and learn it.
Thank you, Xianzu. It appears that I didn't have it correct. Because I have used other /disc commands without putting in the Rk., I didn't realize that if you never bought Rk. I, that you have to put in the Rk. in the name. I'm happy I have it working now.
NP, and just fyi, if you have bought the Rk. I and have the Rk. II or Rk. III as well then you still need to be putting the Rk. in there otherwise the game is just using the Rk. I disc.
