Update Bugs 07/16/14

New raid in Argin Hiz raid achievements are bugged, we all received these tonight

Imbalance & balance conditions oppose each other and should not possible to complete in the same raid.

Beastlord: Group Bestial alignment.

If you have the illusion blocked, it will not take effect. Was not that Prior to July patch.

Result is now that pets + other chars will have to put block on.
And if they put block on form, then no effect.

Please fix that

Jerard, the Doll of Silent Confessions is currently sitting at 3795 H/E/M for me (I am looking at the Modified values). The Rosette, including the new Argin-Hiz progression, is showing much lower (~3400). I'm just asking that you look at the true, fully modified values. Unless the upcoming patch that gives us a couple missions and The Journey Home provide an insane stat boost, this charm is less valuable than Jerard.

If that is the case, that's wonderful. Right now, it's not looking promising.

Technically you can get both if the raid is done properly and still not mess up. We mentioned this in beta and it seemed like it was intended.

So you have not completed all the Cotf content? If you feel the stats aren't an improvement after you have completed everything, please let us know.

Ive completed CoTF Master Scavenger ACH, but one of the boxes isnt checked off. The check box for the Look Into The Future is not updating, even though I do indeed have that ACH

Having the same issue with Look Into The Future ach not updating in CotF Master Scavenger ach.

Mage and Necro (and I'm assuming BL), any pet boosted by EM, has been underperforming as of the Jul 16th patch. They cannot tank as well, nor can the swarm pets.

Since you did not announce any re-tuning of pets whatsoever in the patch, I'll put this here as a bug

I also noticed this wasn't sure if I was losing it or what but now i know I'm not alone lol . Also i have been having issues with healer merc's since the patch as well. Sometimes they dont heal at all, sometimes they stop healing all together mid fight, or heal at a much slower rate even on reactive. I have dismissed mercs and hired new and issue still persists.

My account gets randomly disconnected since last patch.

For mages what I think happened was a decrease in swarm pet HP, an increase in swarm pet max hit, and a decrease in earth pet max hit. I can't find any other change with the earth pet, but it definitely could be mercs under performing has led to a perceived decrease in pet ability. Still, there definitely was a change.

There is a broken collection at 2845, 0, -152. It spawns inside an invisible box which makes it impossible to pick up. There is more than one there, soon all of the collectibles will eventually spawn in that location and stop spawning elsewhere.

Can absolutely confirm this for the earth pet. Using the 99 earth pet with EM15 and Burnout XI Rk.3, the pet always had a max melee hit of 2618 no matter which other buffs were on it. This has now decreased to 2160 since the last update. Again no buffs affect this. It cannot hit any harder unless frenzied burnout is used and the max hit again when using FB has decreased from approx 5300 to 4300 (exact figures unknown right now).

Arcane Distillect nor Rathe's Strength have no impact on the earth pet's damage, but they do still appear to affect the swarm pet max hits.

I have only noticed a minor change in pet tanking ability and as mentioned this might be due to merc changes if it is healing at a slower rate, but the decreased dps is definitely significant enough to notice a drop in overall dps and aggro management. Again, if this is a bug, would like to see this fixed.

Since the patch I've notice Improved Twincast doesn't always use its counters, meaning you might have to cast 20 spells to get 16 twincasts. This has happened solo as well as in raids.

Counters can act funny for a variety of reasons, but I've never seen ITC last longer than 16, even when the counters act wonky.

Yeah only 16 spells twincasted, but not every spell I cast twincasts (meaning 16 twincasts over the course of ~20 spells).

Is it possible that if the innate twincast fires it doesn't use up a counter? Here I had already used spell twincast and I see 22 (if I counted correctly) twincasts under the AA. Note that this was in a raid, though I've seen it in group (don't remember which fight though).

I am also having this same problem completed all cotf collections and master scavenger is missing the check in Look into the Future.
