The "Your spell did not take hold" was for XYZ. And they did have room for another buff. I was targeting another group besides mine but /targetgroupbuff was on and another player in their group received the Flight of Eagles.

Normally, my Flight of Eagles should have overwritten their Spirit of Eagle. Note that I am level 105, so it isn't a level difference issue.

This happened in my guild's Neighborhood Guild Hall on Bertoxx server.

AA SoE is and has been faster than AA FoE. AA SoE has blocked AA FoE for as long as I've been playing again.

I keep SoE on myself, and it never gets overwritten when I cast FoE on other groups.

SoE spell is +60%, FoE spell and AA are both +65%, SoE AA is +70%.

I see it is blocking my spell Spirit of Eagle as well. So I guess it is the AA issue. I was unaware that the AA versions were faster.

Daybreak, could you please make all versions of eagles, all spells and AAs, all of them +70%? Otherwise it is just a mess.

illa tried that and Elidroth shot it down... I would like FoE to be +70% as well!

I'd like to ask Elidroth to reconsider. This is just a mess. Trying to buff people becomes crazy.

The undead on the gargoyle undead island in OOT are now social, to my knowledge they have NEVER been social, this removes an xp spot from the game for a number of ppl who have killed here. PLEASE fix this. A Greater Skeleton is the mob name.

deaths In the arena cost xp off and on. doesn;t seem to matter cause of death, whether dot, dd, or melee. we were havig a drunken guild fight, sometimes rezed, sometimes went to bindpoint(in or just outside arena) seems random as to when a death would cause an xp loss.

Semi-unrelated to patch.

Shadowrest bug -

Shadowrest on progression servers has a small issue that can cause stuck characters.

Shadowrest can be entered from multiple NPC's - this entry location is stored. Unfortunately this entry location can be cleared, at which point, you cannot click out of shadowrest. On the progression servers, the PoK book doesn't take you to PoK, it takes you back to this stored entry zone. Ie, if you use the Emissary in Commonlands, it remembers it, and when you click the PoK book it takes you back to the Commonlands. Same for the other zones, ie Misty Thicket -> Misty Thicket, etc. When it's cleared, you're stuck. Clicking the book does nothing.

How I've found to clear the stored entry location -
- Camp in shadowrest, log back in = cannot click out (requires wiz/dru)
- Bind in shadowrest, origin, gate back = cannot click out
- Bind in shadowrest, go elsewhere, gate back = cannot click out

Also, small request, can you make Shadowrest melee bindable when you look into these issues? Would be great, thanks!

Thank you for the report on this issue, we've been able to identify possible causes of getting stuck in Shadowrest and they should be fixed in the next full patch.

As for the bind restrictions on Shadowrest, the team is more inclined to remove the ability for any class to bind in the zone rather than broaden the restrictions already in place, but as far as I know there are no plans to change that at this time.

Ok, now my AA Flight of Eagles won't overwrite my AA Spirit of Eagle.

It's getting to the point I need to create charts like this just to keep track of this ridiculousness.

Isn't that exactly what we said?

It's pretty easy for me to remember, never use the spells. FoE is slower because it's easier to hit everyone with. SoE AA is faster so it has a reason to exist.

I hit myself with SoE, and mgb FoE. Then maybe cast SoE on the 3 people who really want it.

The server lag and stability has been completely terrible the last couple weeks I believe there has to be a memory leak or something similar going on it is the same kinda lag we have had in the past with the same type of lag / channels dropping server stability (fv crashed this evening) the fix was getting rid of a memory leak.

Hi Dzarn, do you know if the Bixie 2 raid fix was pushed out. I haven't seen it in the patch notes yet. I would hate having my guild show up to do this again and have it crash on us.
