Shards landing raid drop. Self only buff that adds 900 HP but doesn't stack with brells line. Basically on raids it's uselesss, but pure melee classes can use if paladins are not around. Intended that it doesn't stack with brells you think? 900 HP is hardly game breaking to have them stack, especially given that it's a raid drop.
The issue with stacking is they only have so many slots in which to put a HP buff so there will always be times where buffs will not stack with each other.
