Undead Dot Line Adjustments

Posting this here since it does and doesn't apply to TBL. Considering it makes up 25% of our spells for the next year it would be nice if he made it function like normal dots, like the original version. If the concern is stacking it with the 97 version then just get ahead of the dot revamp curve and make this line not stack with itself.

This isn't a TBL bug but hoping it could be addressed here since the most recent version is a TBL spell. This dot line originated at level 27 for necromancers and has since seen some changes with the level 97 and now 108 versions. I am hoping some of the changes, for at least the TBL version, can be addressed before beta ends or at least shortly after when there is time.

    [2543] Eternities Torment
    Classes: NEC/27
    Skill: Alteration
    Mana: 140
Target: Undead <----- This limit was removed since it now has a non bane target difference.
    Range: 200'
Resist: Magic -100 <----- Much better resist rate which now is an issue for us.
    Reflectable: Yes
    Trigger Spell DS: Yes
    Focusable: Yes
Casting: 3s, Recast: 1.5s, Rest: 1.5s <--------- Standard dot casting settings
Duration: 2.1m+ (21 ticks), Dispelable: Yes <-------- Duration was shortened to allow for base damage increase.
1: Decrease Current HP by 30 per tick

Would you carry those aspects through for the most recent version Scourge of Destiny, alleviating some of the problems with this dot? Even if something qualifies for the bane aspect its still not our best damage dot for that target (and the better dots don't have these restrictions). Nor is the non bane target damage out of the ordinary for regular dots. So the additional added restriction of 12s recast and timer only serves to hamper its use for no reason. Other bane dots follow standard dot tuning and have no recast timer or long recast delay complicating their use for the class. So please consider the changes below.

And as has previously been posted, the TBL ranks of the scourge spell focus AA also do not raise the damage of the spell. It's very disappointing!
