I put this in the bug thread as well, but for viability to others, alt mage leveled to 74 scribed all his spells fine, except Iceflame Body -- message unable to learn this skill -- yellow scribing line moves as if it is being added to the book them message.
This appears to be related to spells for many if not all classes from the TBS expansion. There are several posts about it now, and a DBG issue tracker started for it as well.
Thanks, that explains my question in the Tank forum for one of my SK spells. It's also a level 71 TBS spell.
