Tried to request several different tasks in TBM, TDS, and TBL today. Part of my box crew didn't have a problem with getting them while two toons did. Couldn't figure out why they weren't able to request any of the tasks but got credit for group ones.
1. is your task window full and yes I have done this is why I know it can be an issue. 2. is your toons have bad faction for the quest npc's. 3. did you miss a task in Progression needed to request. 4. did you get the task and have it allready.
5. drop illusion 6. drop lev 7. make sure to hug the npc 8. click the Text or type it you need to say what npc and what task for more specific help for that npc.
So your saying that your MERC /ACH Merc of Gorwyn shows you won Kill Krellnakor ? and can not get the 2nd task I think doing the 1st quest gets you access to the 1st and 2nd quest is your window hiding the 2nd quest to select? If you completed Kill Krellnakor (acceptance word "help"), try to get Stop the Support with acceptance word "assistance". Dogpaw had a note to some one about pulling down the text in the quest window to see the 2nd quest but I am not sure if that is your issue. http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/npc.html?id=53411 You might reset your UI but its a pain to redo but it might fix the issue?
