Not A Bug Unable to Purchase Kronos through Daybreak

    For several days all Krono transactions to purchase Kronos have failed. I asked in general and several others replied they are having the same problem.

    I was about due to buy some Kronos again and saw your post so figured I’d give it a shot. I was able to place an order for 5 Kronos without issue and am now in the typical wait for delivery stage. Just wanted to share that apparently what you are experiencing isn’t universal to everyone. Hopefully customer service can get your problem resolved.

    You need to put more info in about what is going on.

    Are you in US or elsewhere?

    Is this your first time? New Account?

    Are you getting an error?

    Have you tried thru different browsers?

    Did you double check your account management to make sure the charges did not go thru?

    They need as much info as possible to pinpoint where the problem is.

    Also, it's probably best to open a petition with CS about this issue. This may not specifically be a bug so I am going to close this topic for now.
