Unable to log in on one account out of six

Using the launcher it says "There was an error completing your request please try again"
Logging into Everquest.com it says "invalid credentials"

im getting the same issue on both the launcher and web page

I'm having same problem on 1 account. turned in ticket still waiting.

Same here. I can log in my box account without issues, but my main account has invalid credentials after 2 password resets. Cannot log in to launcher/website.
