UI problem

I decided to return to the game after a couple years off. I was a free member for a few weeks before I got the station account. Problem is that now that I am paying I don't have the AA tab for the merc's and I don't have the threat meter under the target window. I deleted the default folder in the utilities folder and re patched and its the same.
I am not using any custom UI of any type.
but when my friend logs in his account on my computer he isn't missing the UI parts

Delete the UI_toon_server.ini and UIfiles folder then restart the game.

To add, when you log in and you are at the character selection screen, does it say you have a gold account? merc AA tab is only available to Gold members (tested it on a silver account). As for threat window, I am not sure. When your friend logged into his account, is he a gold member?

Thanks for the help, I am gold member and so is my friend, I deleted all the ini files and I still have the same problem and I am up to date with all 20 exp.
I might just delete the game and do a clean install

As a test, are you able to log into his computer with your account?

Completely just a guess, but have you tried dismissing your current mercenary and hiring a new one?

Problem fixed, I deleted my game and did a re-install and I have everything
