The achievement for TSS quest Shield of the Otherworld is broken. Killing 18 rares across 3 zones and no guild spam when you finish it.
There's not enough info to know what you are expecting was supposed to happen. Purely on achievement announcements in guild, you never see your own. There's a filter to hide other's general chat achievements, unsure if that works against guild also.
OP is also on Mangler, I believe. Due to the Defiant gear rewards being added to a ton of achievements, you don't get the broadcast until the correct expansion for that gear is unlocked. In OP's example + Mangler being in SoF.. there will be no announcement until SoD launches. This isn't a bug.
