So I know outside of Fippy, it will be several months still before any TLP reaches TSS but I would like to start this topic to see if the Devs have considered completing Rank 3 TSS Spells at some point. Basically the issue is for every expansion except TSS, Rank 3 versions of all spells are available. In TSS however each level has a handful of spells or disciplines which have no Rank 3 version available. These Rank 3 spells are in the spell data file. However they don't have a class asssociated with them. They also don't appear to have associated item scrolls for scribing. My assumption is this is a long-standing bug. What would be involved in the fix would be adding the class associated with each spell in the spell data file, perhaps creation of the item scrolls for scribing and modification of the Glowing Obsidian Rune turn in quest so that these spells are rewarded. III - 488 - 2554 DD --- Rune #13 --------- As you can see Druids don't have access to a Rank 3 version of their single HP buff line, none of their three Fire DoT lines, neither of their two damage shield lines, their two ADPS Nuke amplifier Debuffs, their new self divine save self buff, and their self Mitigation buff. Other classes like warrior lack a Rank3 version of their Final Stand disicipline, etc. This isn't a huge deal, as it's a single expansion at 75 and Rank 2 versions are pretty comparable... but it's one of those things that long annoyed my OCD. Edit: Clerics appear to be the only class immune to this bug with Rank 3 versions of all their spells.
It appears the Cleric immunity only extends as far as their rank 3 spells in the spell dat file are listed as Cleric spells rather than spells with no casting class... but there's no spell scrolls available in game to scribe these spells. So basically if you are a priest and you want to cast your best HP buff on a person, you either have to use group Rank 3, or settle for single Rank 2.
