I am starting to get aas. I am lvl 60 and i see that not all the trade skill mastery aas are available to buy. for example the blacksmithing mastery says lvl 59 , no previous abilities needed but does not allow me to buy even with enough aas. I was wondering if some of these are not available until later expansions or do i need to do something in smithing skills to unlock it.
For the non-class / non-racial / non-Jewelcraft "Mastery AA" ranks 1,2,3 are tied to Omens of War, Ranks 4 to 13 of all trade skills are tied to Empires of Kunark and those later ranks are required to advance your skill from 300-350.
