ToV Tier 1 Non-Visibles

    What's the thought process behind not adding the luck stat on the tier 1 group gear?

    To my best guess, "Luck" is a Prestige-only Stat (T2+ in TBL/ToV).

    You get the stat's bonus for being All Access.

    Interesting, I wonder the intersection between those that buy ToV and those that are FTP. This design just seems weird, when juxtaposed to the GMM gear having luck but not requiring TBL.

    I don't know if this is universally the case but at least some of the T1 ToV weapons beat GMM weapons

    My interpretation is that with ToV T1 armor and items being tradeable and flooding the market, they felt they wanted to make these items less appealing.
