ToV: Earring - All hail the cleansing

    Did the quest, created the earring, handed it in.

    Did not receive an evolving one back no 0% on it, (potential). Tried killing 10 mobs still no 0% percentage on the earring.
    Crusader just gives All hail the cleansing quest again, doesn't check that it is not blooded yet.

    Destroyed old one redid the quest, no idea how I messed it up.
