My wife did the same thing... except her back ups seem to be a bit different then what you are describing (lots of noises and back pressureing kinda stuff...) Any suggestions in how to work around this issue? Im thinking GasX maybe?

I know this and understand this wasnt sayin there would not be glitch its just funny to see that they use test servers less and less from back in the day to current day and trust me i know well live servers always have more issues than test as its capped player count in test and most of the hardcore exploiters dont bother with test realm as its a double waste of time for something that may never actually go live the and the analogy was more in some of us never really get what we pay for in the first place look at bonus xp its normally given out on the weekend to try and hit a large number of players but when all honesty the infraction is based on the middle of the week players as some of us never or hardly ever have time to play on the weekends so if your going to think of ways to appease your client list then actually look at where your effecting them and adjust that players lost a full day so far back in the day we have lost entire week of game time and we delt with it but sadly this game is very addictive to some of us and though we wish to move on to bigger better else where its tuff as we expect new games to live up to games we had in the past yet now everyone wants tuff handed to them for no work at all and whine if they dont get it and usually end up winning in the end im just ranting cause i cant play but weather people like my post or not i care not truth hurts so be it all we want and have ever wanted was to play and not be interrupted especially when we are paying for good internet and for a game to be able to have its perks at our fingertips

I gotta say I have no problem with there being downtime... I was around in 2000, when crashing and downtime was the norm. So this is no big deal at all. What is bothering me is no communication from the devs. WTF it has been 6 hours since the last update after what seems like a pretty much system wide cluster F. All we hear is "Sit tight, adventurers"

Seriously...? Not a tweet or post to say "hey, we're still working on it." Or even to say "hey, we have major issues that won't get fixed tonight, so check back tomorrow." Whatever, just let people know what's going on.

At some point that disregard for players goes from a product of being busy trying to fix it, and becomes a product of just not giving a crap about inconveniencing your customers. How hard is it for a someone to fire off a tweet... "Sorry about the downtime, we're still working on it?"

I personally don't mind that they are having problems....but I do however mind a great deal that they are just leaving us hanging now for over 6 hours with zero updates. THAT is terrible customer service.

Wow... thank you for enlarging my vocabulary - i actually had to look up what that meant and since the dictionaries did not have the word, the closest i came up with was "rude and describing", which in the context doesn't make much sense to me, but i am not a native speaker.

Pretty sure they all just went home at office close time, which was about 2 hours after the crash time. No idea why anyone is surprised at no communication, never has been. I only just popped on now after I got home from work to see if I could hop on but gonna go play something else before bed now /shrug.
