Seems that with ToV the times become bad. Example mercenary unsuspend, when you suspended a merc, and you wanna unsuspend, there go like 2-3 min be you really can unspend your merc. Drunked stein, same. and other things like it. As soon i used it, it says something like 28 min be reuse, but need to wait 2 min extra after the countdown has stopped. All of this on AB server.
