Was looking over this spell that I hadnt used in years. Says it procs thricewoven power which has a duration of 1m (2m), but Im seeing it fade off after 1 cast. Its not really supposed to have a counter of 1 is it?
It's intended. It's limited by counters, just like the Flames of Power and Chaotic Power procs that Mages and Necros receive, respectively. The spell line is definitely not useful in its current form, but it isn't bugged.
I put serious raid time into making this spell work and to see if it could justify it's existance. It simply didn't measure up. Useless spell as it is now. The concept behind the spell could be intriguing if your goal is to remove predictability from the wizards rotation. Unless they give the effect more than 1 counter, no wizard would mem the spell again after trying it out, like I did.
