    So, now that we have a new focus: Threaded boon of potential (5000 after crit damage) what should a mage raiding on TBL with a solid ADPS setup use?

    Threads is generally better. The corruption proc has some benefits for burst, but most TBL events are reasonably long. There's also this issue (look at the % Resist):
