Yes and no, healers used to have large heals that took a long time to cast, or short cast small heals. Now they have large heals that have semi fast cast times. My cleric bot crits for 110k without special abilities running, I max out at 150k hp, therefore that is almost a complete heal I one cast. Lower it to 75k crits but bring the cast time down some and make mobs keep around the same dps by bringing their db up some and making their di's closer a tad, then bring tanks up to 200k full buffed (clr aura, growth, etc) and u make the tanks non one round able but the clr has to work a bit to keep up with the inc dps. Non tanks could be brought up to the 130-150k mark buffed + clr aura - growth and they would be able to take one round w/o dying. To address the non tanks they have and will always take more incoming dps making them harder to kill, in group if you stack enough healers you can currently keep a silk up on non named, if you are willing to sacrifice the dps slots for healers sure. On raids, it wouldn't happen.
