< R U I N > is looking for dedicated friendly raiders for Thornblade. Wed/Sat/Sun Core DKP. Start times @ 6:30 - 11 PM EST. Off night planar and epic raids weekly.

MISSION: RUIN has a great team committed to 3 nights a week and completing content as early as possible through AoC raiding. We will race OW content that falls into our raid hours just for a change of pace and some extra fun. We expect applicants to be available and eager to play EQ most raid nights. Please make sure our schedule fits for you. Our goal is to maintain a real life outside of the game but if folks are on and available we will raid optional off night content.(Non DKP raiding)

Loot Policy: We use Open bid DKP. We link item we are upgrading openly and before going to second round of bids other interested members can decide to concede to lowest / best upgrade. Thinking as a guild eliminates greed and focuses on progression. Automated loot tracking , attendance, and updating for No drama loot policy. Our guild leader will never sell loots to profit IRL. In most cases leadership will be passing loot down as they upgrade, guild members may do as they wish with loot AFTER upgrading it. Selling gear that results in a down grade is an instant removal in RUIN.

Guild Mentality: Respectful, Eager, and active EverQuest lovers will find a good home here. We focused on building a strong community that mesh well together. We focus on small raid group sizes + boxes to fill main raids and sometimes split raids after it becomes easy. We have all found some great new friends here and aim to maintain an enjoyable gaming retreat to de stress from RL. We maintain a no drama raid force and will give everyone that can make our raid times a chance to be part of the community.

We are here to progress as a team! If you dont cause drama , are not overly difficult to teach new things, and continue to put in the effort we will leave no one behind!

Raiding with RUIN: We expect raids to be done in a professional manor with efficiency in mind at all times. In order to do this we ask that all our raiders come prepared. Be on time. Bring your own beer or potions, whatever..Be in discord. DISCORD is required to listen only. We ask that speaking during raid is limited to important calls that the raid leader may need to know. We do not batphone for DKP but often will ping discord on off nights to get into extra content with willing members. We expect members to be available most scheduled raid nights , learn quickly, and not be toxic. We also ask that random AFK during raid times are limited and a notification sent to your group so that if you are being called on we are not playing where is waldo.
