I have been having this same issue today, started sometime mid afternoon with a LD... seams pretty localized... It acts exactly as the issue the game had last week, except its effecting a very limited number of people.
Since yesterday afternoon been having trouble connecting/staying connected. I've tried all recommended solutions they've posted and nada. Often the launcher won't even connect. I know it's not my end cause all other internet activities work. I crashed going from GH to PoK . Based in Canada, Ontario if that makes any difference.
