Stuff in quotes is reposted from old posts and has at least a bit of research behind it. Stuff not in quotes is what I remember off the top of my head.

“GoD
Someone had a dream we were getting invaded. Wayfarer's Brotherhood (from LDoN) hits Talosia, discovered pale, ugly, weak natives being enslaved by stranded invading Discordian force from another dimension. Laid the smack down on them, (though technically Tunat was never defeated until the next expansion launched).

OoW
Fresh from our victory over the invasion force in Talosia, we decide to send a message to Discord: Don't_F**k_with_us. The Priests of Discord open portals to Kuua, a planet in another dimension that Discord had conquored years before, and the place from which the invasion was launched. We assist the natives that didn't submit to Discord, (getting Epic 2.0's in the process), and take down the Discordian Army's leader: Overlord Mata Muram (who like Tunat, wasn't defeated until after the next expansion launched).

DoN
Venril Sathir learns from Trakanon of the existance of The Nest, where dragons are born, and wanting revenge against the dragons, curses the Nest so that once someone kills one of the guardians, (Yar'lir / Vish) the curse will be unleashed. Tricks gnomes to go searching for it, hoping they will lead the rest of us there since we like killing things. We kill Yar'lir and unleash the curse causing Vishimtar to go nuts and we have to put him down.

DoD
Lanys comes back to screw around, FV comes to stop her, big explosion opens portal to Darkhollow. Discover gnome exploratory force stranded for 150 years. Meet lobster guys that tell about a living book known as Shadowspine. Go on to learn that it was written by Mayong to absorb the power of those that used it, (Mayong = Voldemort?) eventually giving birth to a new plane, Demi-Plane of Blood. Travel into the DpoB to confront Mayong. Slay him while listening to awesome music, which was his plan all along, as it helps him ascend to demi-godhood.

PoR
Herald of Druzzil Ro appears to the Academy of Arcane Sciences in Freeport. Something is wrong with Druzzil Ro's daughter, Ayonae Ro. The Plane of Music (Ayonae's plane) is no longer accessable. We do some quests to gain access, find out Mayong has been corrupting the plane and Ayonae, slap some sense into her, and call it a day.”

TSS
Evil Dragon takes control of Magical Power Thingy. Other dragons want to stop him but it will take too long for another brood of dragons to hatch to raise an army. Some dragons break away from the group and do the nasty with humans to create hybrid drakkins, attempt to kill Evil Dragon but fail. We kill Evil Dragon.

TDS
Ro, (the star that Norrath orbits) starts fading. Something happens and we learn that the Combine Empire still exists (sorta) underwater. We go there and learn that something is wrong with Ro and we gotta fix it. We gain access to Solusek Ro's Plane of Sun (Solteris). Mayong Mistmoore has invaded it and is sapping it's/Sol Ro's power so he can graduate from demi-god to Full God. Kill Mayong again.

SoF
Kerafyrm's back and he's still an . Clean up various messes while we gain access to his lair to put him back to sleep.

SoD
Druzzil Ro the dog when she reset time, Discord used her mistake to invade the past to destroy us in the present. We go back in Time to stop them and put history back the way it should be.

“Underfoot:
We begin finding Clicknar all throughout Norrath, signalling that something is wrong in The Underfoot, Brell Serilis' Plane, and the door that has sealed it off for hundreds of years has been opened once again.
We enter into the realm and discover that the normally ordered Plane is in disarray. Servents of Brell who once played key roles in populating all the various worlds with ore and minerals and whatnot are not doing their jobs. Brell himself is distracted, all his energy is directed elsewhere.
As we venture deeper into the Underfoot we learn that the cause of this disorder and disharmony is a new religion, "The Faith of the Self" which teaches that you should value yourself above others. We seek out the source of this religion, discovering its originator to be The First Creation, that entity that was the original lifeform brought forth by Brell who being jealous of Brell's newer creations has decided to cause havoc, and is the cause of Brell's distractions.
We gain access to the First Creation's lair, The Convorteum, and in the second-least satisfying end-game boss fight in recent memory, spank the naughty child.

The House of Thule:
Nightmares began plauging the inhabitants of Norrath, and people began to lose their fear. Strange statues then appeared, leading the way to the Feerrott where a mysterious house had appeared. Strange manefestations appeared around the House, blocking the enterance.
Believing there is a connection between these events we venture inside once we slay the manefestations and find that the House is far more than it seems. Inside the house is a dream-world where many of the most powerful and influential minds in Norrath have become trapped: Erud, Al'Kabor, even Miragul.
Each believes themselves to be in reality, their dream/nightmare status is unknown to them. As we attempt to wake/free Erud, we encounter resistance. Terris Thule appears and attempts to stop us, though she is defeated. As she leaves she mentions that she is not alone here, her brother Morell is also here causing trouble.
We go off in search of Morell, freeing first Al'Kabor and then Miragul before learning there is another being trapt here, none other than the god of Fear, Cazic himself. The loss of fear explained, we attempt to wake/free him as well. We knock some sense into him and he explains that it was Terris who led him into the House and trapt him within. Together she and Morell have been sapping his power.
As we strike a death-blow to Cazic, Terris-Thule appears and steal's Cazic's essence, gloating like a bad Bond villian. Before she can make off with it, the Strange Statues appear and steal it from her, but in a second twist of events, Morell-thule appears and steals the essence from them before making his escape.
We set off in pursuit of Morell, first needing to slay a few creatures to gain access to his castle and inner sanctum. Once inside we learn that the House is a very special type of Plane. Within this plane, gods can be killed, permanently, and their essences infused into another. Morell has done this and in doing so he has...changed. Absorbing the power of Fear has strengthened Morell, but it is too much for him to handle and is driving him insane.
Morell's lacky agrees to help us by means of a deus ex machina machine that can strip Cazic's Power away and hopefully set things to rights. We confront Morell, no longer the Demi-god of Dreams, but now the Arch-god of Dread, and beat him into submission, using the device to strip Cazic's Essence from him and return him to normal. Suddenly, the Strange Statues appear once again and steal Cazic's Essence, this time making their escape before they can be stopped. What they are, where they come from, and what their purpose is, remains unknown.

Veil of Alaris
We are contracted to help an elf that is being chased by thieves. He was tasked with decoding a book that will lead to treasure, but his employers are...dissatisfied with his progress and wish to...discuss the matter with him. He wants us to seek clues that will help him to decode the book before the thieves finally catch up to him.
The clues are related to the Strange Statues that have been appearing in Norrath. After a few false leads we get on the right track with some of the thieves looking for our guy. We learn that it was HE that sought out the thieves after he heard they had the book, and that it was his lie that it led to treasure that convinced them to let him have it to decode.
We find one of the strange statues in the Western Wastes clutching a dragon's scale and take it back to our client. He sends us to a dragonologist who tells us the dragon it came from. We head over and talk to the dragon, and after a little...convincing, he tells us that the statues are known as the Blind Dreamers, and that the book is not in a code, it is another language: Alaran.
He had sworn never to talk about the contents of the book, but says that if it can be translated we will learn more than we bargained for.
Before the Tome of Antiquity can be translated, an Emissary from Brell appears in Steamfont, instructing the gnomes to build a great airship. He explains that the death of Cazic-Thule has caused panic among the gods of the pantheon. Never before has a god been killed, (by mortals anyway), and it has them freaked out. Some of them wished to go forward and seek out the cause, while others were too afraid. Finally it was suggested that they send us mortals to do it, asking for help those who had dared to challenge them (and win!) before.
They have tracked Cazic's essence to Alaris, the (final*) lost continent on Norrath. It has been obscured from sight since the Age of Scale, and though the dragons knew of it's existance, they could not locate it, and swore never to discuss it. The gods also knew, though whether they could not find it, or simply did not care before now, is unknown. In any case, the passage of Cazic's essence through the protective veil has caused it to crack, allowing passage through to the lost land.
We arrive in the new continent at a place called Argath. They are a city in the middle of a siege. Rival City-state Erillion and vassal-state Sarith are attacking. Erllion is winning, in no large part to starving the city by cutting off the food supply from the neighboring valley of Arelis. We assist the Argathians by destroying the Erillion force then head into Arelis.
In Arelis we discover Solusek Ro and Rallos Zek have already arrived and are waging war against another Erillion army. The two armies are fighting to a stand still as the gods are using all their power to hold off the Herald of Oratory, a god-like alaran who posses large amounts of power. We assist the gods in destroying this second army before heading into Sarith.
In Sarith we find an occupied city under the thumb of the High Priest. We learn that this war is a religious war being waged by the adherents of the ancient Alaran religion who still believe in the gods. The citizens of Sarith mostly do not support the war and have formed a rebellion. We assist them in the rebellion, forcing the High Priest to retreat to the temple of Rubek Oseka. We slay the high priest, then meet with the servents of Prexus to discuss launching an attack into the temple.
We assault the temple with Prexus' help. Prexus had shared Solusek Ro and Rallos Zek's sentiment about direct involvement, and has been waging war against the temple of Rubak Oseka since his arrival. However, like the other gods, he has basically been fought to a standstill by the power within, and seeks our help. He gives us a portion of his power to sneak inside to use against whatever dwells within that has been fueling the power of the high priest and others. We enter and slay those that dwell within before trapping the high priest within the giant pearl at the heart of the temple. We then make our way to the Beast's Domain.
The Beast's Domain has been left alone by the war between Erillion and Argath as there is nothing a real value in it. Inside we meet various warring tribes and while we try to unite them, we do not succeed. We encounter sickly braxi that are thought to merely be having trouble digesting a native Norrathian plant that has been introduced onto Alaris, but that proves not to be the source*. Our search for the cause of the sick braxi lead us to the Resplendent Temple.
(*Note, the last bit is a bit of conjecture. The lore in the BD doesn't mention the braxi still being sick after we kill the Norrathian plants. It does seem as though the lore in this zone was rather half-@ssed compared to the rest of the expansion, as none of it seems related at all, however, there *are* sick braxi there, and the Resplendent Temple has even more sick and diseased animals. I believe that this was *supposed* to be the link between the zones story-wise, but it got left out for some reason, probably time).
In the Temple we encounter alarans that are supposed to have shed all evil and corruption from themselves. Erillion forces that entered the city have disappeared, purged, as all other evil is, leaving it untouched by the war. We start training in the temple, but are betrayed. we start poking around looking for clues, and find them. We smack down the gods that inhabit the temple and head to the Pillars of Alra.
In the Pillars we find a city divided. The four pillars each represent a different form of magic: arcane, nature, light and shadow, but they are all at war with each other. Arcane and shadow have formed an uneasy alliance, and light and nature have done the same. We try to find out why they are all fighting each other and in the process uncover that its all a lie. The leaders of each side are collaborating. We interrupt their plans then head up to windsong.
In windsong we find a place run by music. We find a gnome that was studying the stones to learn how the gods use them to communicate. We help him locate his stolen tools and device planes. In turn he builds us a device that allows us access to the inner area. We encounter inhabitant that doesn't support the war, and with his help we summon ryken back and kill him. Then we go to Erillion.
The people in Erillion are besiged by bad dreams. The city is the pinnicle of order, but their dreams of late have been of chaos and rebellion. The people blame the Norrathians, but not all. One of them asks for our help in uncovering the truth. We help and discover it is Morell-Thule who is trying to help atone for his actions during House of Thule. We defeat the leaders of the city and open the way to the Sepulcher of Order.
The Sepulcher of Order is the tomb of the gods. For millenia they have been dead/sleeping. Their worshippers have stayed alive through their blood, but they are all crazy. We meet up with the Norrathian gods and with their help we break into the center of the tomb. We meet the 3 leaders of the alaran gods, who combine to form the Triunity. They are the ones responsible for the events in the House of Thule, and they seek to enslave not only us, but our gods as well. Together we slay them.”

RoF
When we killed the Triunity Cazic's power exploded and rained down on Norrath in crystal shards. Certain beings obtained large shards and and went crazy. Some Alarans start bringing up worship of another forbidden Alaran god trying to ressurect him. We kill all the people acting dumb.

CotF
EQ2 is such a shithole even the NPCs try to get the out of that game and come to EQ. A dragon with a misspelled named crossed over into our dimension and created a hole that is merging EQ and EQ2. The Qeynos guard want to kill her, while Lanys wants to use the calamity to increase her power. We save the dragon and stop lanys.

Katta has been kept in suspended animation for A Long Time, his life hanging by a thread. He is the guy that was poisoned x time ago by none other than Lord Inquisitor Seru for trying to incorporate the "evil" races into the Combine Empire.
