   I would like to know what was the reason for the The Queen's Decree raid to be task lock at win?
   
   I know the Shard's Landing had a task lock for a good reason but why Queen ?
   
   It kinda sucks to have a guild with a bench and members out side of raid win couldn't receive opportunity to win on loot.

   What is the good reason for SL to lock? We have had stuff rot that people won for alts on that one too.
