The Other Brother (CoTF HA)

    Cleaning up some quests to finish Hero AA's and did this mission today. Brother Chintle is broken. He hit my raid geared SK for 450k hps. (Riposte Strikethrough). I know the whole strikethrough thing is a mess but it would be super if light blues in years old content didn't hit harder than current raid mobs.

    We know you fixed spell damage in HA's, but the HP's that mobs have and the melee damage is still completely wrong.
