The new Casting Time window is floating to the left

The new UI's Casting Time bar keeps shifting on my screen to the left. I position it, and over a period of time it moves slowly towards the center of my screen. It's likely due to the constant automatic resizing of the window to meet the length of some of the bard songs, but it seems like it's constantly moving its center over to where it ends up nowhere near where I had placed it. Locking the window does not help.

Has anyone else experienced this with the default UI window?
