    War
    Battle Insight - The warrior devotes his life to endless battle, invoking the memory of past battles he is able to channel a heighten battle senses and predict the movements of his foe.
    (this could be def or offence for offence something like max out strike through and increase strike through cap by 10%, for def could be something modify shield block, dodge, parry)
    quick during 30 sec with 10 min recast.

    shadow night
    Blessing of the dead - Being a shadow night one has to live on the line between life and death, walking on this path shadow knights have gained an understanding of life through death.
    (self only chance to resurrect upon death)

    paladin
    pray of the knight - Paladins have devoted there life to the people and deities of norrath, walking this path many have gained favour with the gods.
    (self only chance to resurrect upon death)

    Here is an idea for each class i came up with i have more and will add them as i get time.

    * Heroic Leap - Fix the Hate mod so it actually works, have it autocast a buff that gives a hate mod to our next action
    Then Give us another rank of heroic leap with a little more hate mod (EG: 7500 as a starting point)

    * Divine Call - Add a hate over time component to the pull effect

    * Hand of Tunare - increase counters to say 15

    * Yaulp - Increase mana regen or add a slight mana preservation component to it

    * Marr's Gift - Woefully underpowered

    * More ranks of Glorious reflection because reasons

    * Add a negative hate per tick on Bestow Divine Aura

    * Make Divine fury do something that matters, Aggro on Divine stun is unnecessary and was the worst idea ever.

    * 1 more rank of Spell Casting Mastery for Hybrids... Mana gettin pretty rufffffff for all of them across the line

    * Standard bump for Thunder of Karana

    * Standard bump for Shield of Brilliance


    NEW AA

    * Hastened Pureforge

    * Hastened Valorous Rage

    * Quickness of Conviction
    10, 15, 20% spell haste for Health of Targets Target Heals (Valiant Deflection, Admonish, Protective Proclamation)

    * Improved Shackles of Tunare
    Pushback root version of Shackles, Locks out Regular shackles. 1 minute recast

    * Rush to judgment (since the name is freed up now, and its too cool to let go to waste!)
    - Short duration buff (1 minute), that sets the Recast of Crush of Tarew line to 6s, and adds a hate mod on cast

    * How about an AA version of Staunch Stance

    * How about an AA version of Preservation of the Iceclad

    * Ward of Tunare (10 minute recast)

    Discs
    • Flash of Anger upgrade that doesn't use parry/dodge (proficiencies currently block)
    • Either a buff that gives proc runes, or mantle/carapace (maybe 2 lines)
    • Fast re-use burst survival tools (stonestance, repel etc)
    • Upgrade to Evasive disc, replace -C2H with modest crit/cripple
    • 400-500 range, small skill dmg hit plus 5k hate, medium re-use (Timer 9)
    • Upgrade shield topple... put DPS-oriented skill attacks on timers 7,8,9,13
    • Upgrade to Offensive Disc that removes incoming damage increase
    • Toggle back AA extension of No time to bleed/Pain doesn't hurt
    AA (Passive)
    • Remove penalties from Dual Wield and 2H proficiency
    • More ranks of Mass Affected
    • Hundred Hands proc (a-la fists of steel, etherium blades)
    • AA that makes low damage hits (DI 1&2 hits) do zero damage
    • Very high passive HP regen / permanent HoT
    • Reduce endurance cost for all abilities, chance they will consume none
    • "Tooth and nail" Hits received while unconscious remove endurance instead of HP
    AA (Active)
    • AE damage disc (faster re-use than rampage/DF, but lower chance to AE per swing)
    • Apply Hastened Leap to War Stomp, or remove the "leap" from Stomping Leap
    • Add DD to gut punch (for breaking mezz)
    • War Stallion (lvl 59, instacast, fastest speed mount)
