Achievements -> The Broken Mirror -> Collections -> The Broken Mirror Darkly -- the two checkboxed items in the list have crossed links. When you complete Relics of Decay, Relics of Sul gets checked, and vice versa. I mean, it seems like there are still a lot of bugs in that expansion even after 4 years, but this bug should be easy to fix.
