    Not sure where else would be more appropriate to post, so here goes.

    Thanks for the updates on the server update status. While I would like these to be shorter rather than longer than anticipated, keeping us informed helps to manage expectations.

    Agreed! While longer downtime is no fun, it's really nice actually getting updates for once! A little communication goes a long way. Bravo!!

    And here I was expecting QQ with threats of cancelling 27 gold accounts, demands for a refund for the 0.125 hours missed and the airing of grievances. I even had a meme ready.
