    It shouldn't.

    The weapon damage add the patch talks about starts in rank 4 of the aa at level 80.

    At level 115 max aas, I'm seeing a difference from Live to Test at a dummy in guild hall. But the parse is only 15m long atm.

    5505 dps increase or 8%

    Both done buffless and any only ranged damage used in calculations.
