    The enchanter mind squal line, the mana recourse used to return slightly more mana than the base cost of the spell, making the spell basically free to cast (after the 30 second recourse finished). While the mana cost changed, the recourse amount has not. It now returns about 1/3 of the cost of the spell. Can you please adjust the recourse to still return the cost of the spell.

    As well, the baffling construction line gave a significant debuff. With the new mana cost, it will no longer be available to be used on every mob.

    My enchanters rk2 of mind storm says 1827 mana cost and 779 mana returned on live.

    The test version is only a bit worse with 8k cost and 3k returned.

    New Hot Zone Changes - Bugs
    - The Quests no longer have multiple rewards. The only option is a single item for each of them.
    1. Level 20 - Simple Combatant's Cloak
    2. Level 25 - Adept's Mantle
    3. Level 30 - Combatant's Belt
    4. Level 35 - Adept's Belt
    5. Level 40 - Combatant's Belt
    6. Level 45 - Adept's Belt
    7. Level 50 - Combatant's Belt
    8. Level 55 - Adept's Belt
    9. Level 60 - Combatant's Belt
    10. Level 65 - Adept's Belt
    11. Level 70 - Combatant's Belt
    12. Level 75 - Adept's Belt
    13. Level 80 - Combatant's Belt
    14. Level 85 - Adept's Belt
    15. Level 90 - Combatant's Belt
    16. Level 95 - Extravagant Adept's Belt
    This is the case for all levels of the hot zone quests! Previously you had a selection of 6 level appropriate rewards Adept(Caster) or Combatant(Melee) belts, shoulders, or back items;

    - The Zone guide in the map window no longer has a Hot Zone option on the drop down menu.

    This is currently working as intended. Each task reward is assigned to its own Hot Zone, so you'll need to wait until the zones rotate if you want to collect them all.

    The Zone guide's Hot Zone option has been removed because it's incompatible with the new rotating Hot Zone system.

    Would it be possible to go back to the previous reward options? This change makes the rewards unusable by half the classes at each level.
    Adept items are usable by Class: CLR DRU SHM NEC WIZ MAG ENC
    Combatant items are usable by Class: WAR PAL RNG SHD MNK BRD ROG BST BER

    The 779
    All versions before 105 return a fixed amount per tick which adds up to just more than the base cost. At 105, before the change it was set to return 9% of the damage dealt.
    You must have miss-read the description which states 1872 cost and 779 mana drained from opponent per tick.

    So you're saying we'll still be wearing that level 20 simple combatant's cloak three or six months later when the HZs rotate so you can get a higher level cloak? That seems like a questionable design choice. This is equipment you wear, not trinkets you collect to display in your house.

    Could you at least change it to this kind of scheme to give players - both melee and caster - a reason to visit each hot zone once?
    • Level 20 - Adept's/Combatant's Cloak
    • Level 25 - Adept's/Combatant's Mantle
    • Level 30 - Adept's/Combatant's Belt
    • Level 35 - Adept's/Combatant's Cloak
    • Level 40 - Adept's/Combatant's Mantle
    • Level 45 - Adept's/Combatant's Belt
    Realistically, no one is going to stay at level 30 long enough to get all three items from the three HZ choices you're rotating through, but at least you could get all three items within ten levels. Given how quickly people go through those levels, you could also end up level 75 by the time the hot zones rotated for the first time.

    Ok I see the spell description in game is simply wrong. It says takes 779 mana and uses it to restore your mana.

    But the drain and 9% mana regen are completely separate when you look at the spell on a spell parser site.

    The odd of getting a spell that gives 50k mana tick is 10% the odds of keeping it 0%.

    I agree with this. The least you can do is raise the reward up 1 tier so that it matches the level we are at. Getting a Simple Adept's Mantle(max level is 20) for doing a level 25 hotzone is a little off...we should be getting Rough Adept instead of Simple.

    We'll be updating the Hot Zone system so that you can choose between 6 task rewards for each range of 10 levels. This should be in for the Live patch.

    As Tiqou pointed out in the discussion thread, the changes to the chanter dots from the mind shatter line, strangle line, and baffling constriction line are only allowing one chanter's dots to be on the mob at a time. If there are more than one chanter on a raid, only one chanter will be able to have one of each dot on a mob. Multiple chanters will not be able to dot with the same dots on the same mob.

    With respect to the agent of change creation of Temple of Veeshan. (instanced ToV, which will be running on Phinigel).
    A lot of the mobs (every named except Dagarn the Destroyer) is in the wrong spot, a good example is Aaryonar was flanked by both Lord Feshlak and Lady Mirenilla when we went to explore it. This happened everywhere in the zone, as well as Lodizal sitting in Telkorenar's spawn area. Additionally when all the lords and ladies are dead we could not get the herald to spawn Vulak.

    With respect to Howling stones, if an Agent of change was to be put in (updated) to allow Drusilla Sathir to be killed (she has the mighty buff) that was not added to this test version. No obtainable Howling stones instance is of yet able to be gotten.

    For replication of these ToV events, you have only to obtain an instance and go check it out, it was quite the , there are named all over the place (ikitiar the venom was in the wall at the zoneline when we first zoned in), eashen was in the side pit near the 4 way split etc.

    Sleepers tomb, Kael, and Velketors Lab seemed alright, only thing with velketors lab was that lord biiasdiajjashaskdhadsakkglpakrdooliojikgjhfio was sitting next to velketor in his room. But that is only an issue if you want to not wipe the first time you fight him (and who wants that.. really).

    Temple of Veeshan Instance:
    * As previously stated, with the exception of Dagarn the Destroyer, no raid encounter was in the proper location when I poked through it. Every lord/lady room except Nevederia had at least two dragons plus the correct guards for the room there, and in most cases it was three. Lord Koi'doken was located where a mini-named drake should have been, even though he didn't roam.

    * Killing everything in the zone with the exception of Thylex did not spawn Vulak, although Thylex DID despawn briefly when we killed the final Lord/Lady during a fight in Vyemms room, but immediately respawned and Vulak did not spawn.

    * Killing Gozzrem did not give me a lockout for Gozzrem and she was available again after three days for the zone lockout.

    Icewell Keep Instance:
    * Entering this instance puts you in the basement. There is no way to pull Dain Frostreaver to the basement and you cannot get out of the basement to Great Divide in order to get up to him to pull like normal. We had to use some targeting tricks and use a pet to pull him (and all of his guards) down.

    * The Dain's Justice is sending players to the non-instance version of Icewell Keep, kicking them out of the instance for a substantial amount of time while they run back to the Agent of Change.

    We believe we've fixed the issues with Velious boss NPCs spawning in incorrect locations and/or following incorrect wander routes in the instances. This was mostly happening in ToV, but not limited to ToV.
