I think this bug was part of the 12/5 Test patch and I'm not sure if it's an issue on Live but post 105 the merc rezzes don't always take effect so you accept the rez or use expedient recovery if it's up and don';t gain any XP back. I am 110 on my ranger and I died during raids on Saturday night and got rezzed yet didn't get the 7% XP back. Then on Monday night I died coming out of Gorowyn and rezzed with a merc and also lost 7% XP again. It doesn't seem to be widespread but others are having the same issue. I don't know if anyone on Live servers has run into that problem or if it's a Test bug only but if it can be looked at and fixed that would be great.
