Test is being updated today morning with our current Live build. There are no new patch notes at this time. Everything should match Live.
It's still 64 bit. The changes Test got on Tuesday were from design changes made between Jan 11-14 that made it to the Live patch but not the Jan 11 Test patch. This is what is usually included in a Test "true up" - as well as any hotfix changes that were made to Live after the patch.
