    *** Highlights ***

    - Crusader Vraket in the Eastern Wastes will speak with Norrathians willing to prove their crafting skills and pay tribute to Rallos Zek.

    *** Items ***

    - Added a range value to Frostbite, Frost Strike, Spruce Berry Bow, and Sparkling Soul Bow.
    - Berserkers can now use Mazicul's Magical Makeup.
    - Set Velium Infused Gem of Striking to fit in all weapons and set Reactive Velium Infused Gem of Striking and Complimentary Velium Infused Gem of Striking to fit in all items that have compatible equip slots.
    - Fixed an issue that prevented the Torment of Velious armor set charms from working correctly.

    *** Tradeskills ***

    - The tradeskill questline for Torment of Velious is now available.

    *** Quests & Events ***

    - Rustbottom, Grinder of Gears - Rustbottom is now immune to stun, mesmerization, charm, etc.
    - The Way Back Home - Reduced the experience and coin granted for completing this quest.

    *** Spells ***

    - Elemental Minion III will now summon the intended pet.

    *** AA ***

    - All - Fixed numerous description errors.
    - All - Fixed an issue where Glyphs were unavailable at levels 69, 84, 99, and 114.
    - All - Adjusted the levels that ranks 11-12 of each class' Synergy ability can be purchased to match the required level of the spell or combat ability that triggers the ability.
    - Bard - Improved the duration extension of all ranks of Selo's Sonata from 2 to 5 minutes.
    - Beastlord - Improved the resist modifier for ranks 11-18 and 23-28 of Raven's Claw and Gorilla Smash.
    - Berserker - Changed Binding Axe to trigger Lingering Wound when fading for any reason rather than only when fading to duration.
    - Enchanter - Updated all ranks of Tashan's Lingering Cry to focus spells up to level 115.
    - Enchanter - Self Stasis will now count down in buff-held zones.
    - Enchanter - Changed the spell landed message on all ranks of Mental Contortion to differ from the Mind Shatter spell line.
    - Enchanter - Changed the spell worn off messages for all ranks of Chromatic Haze and Gift of Chromatic Haze to be more unique.
    - Magician - Updated all ranks of Steel Vengeance to include Shock of Burning Steel.
    - Magician - Updated ranks 5-6 of Flames of Power to include Chaotic Pyroclasm.
    - Necromancer - Updated all ranks of Funeral Pyre to focus spells up to level 115.
    - Paladin - Fixed an issue where the duration of Inquisitor's Judgment ranks 16+ was less than intended.
    - Rogue - Fixed ranks 7-8 of Focus: Exuberant Dagger-Throw to properly include Powerful Dagger-Throw.
    - Shadowknight - Updated all ranks of Focused Bites to include Vulak's Bite.
    - Shadowknight - Fixed an issue where the duration of Veil of Darkness ranks 2+ was less than was intended.
    - Shaman - Inconspicuous Totem will now count down in buff-held zones.
    - Warrior - Improved the resist modifier for all ranks of Gut Punch and Gut Punch Strike.
    - Wizard - Updated ranks 3+ of Trifurcating Magic to allow Cryomancy to overwrite Arcane Disjunction Aura Effect.

    *** NPCs ***

    - Re-tuned rare spawns throughout Torment of Velious to address some that were spawning too frequently or too rarely.

    *** Progression Servers ***

    - Guild teleport merchants will no longer sell Brilliant Frigid Gemstone until Torment of Velious unlocks.

    No fix to Tower of frozen shadow quests giving no exp?

    Not sure there will any way to get xp other than grinding for hours for 1% . . .

    Got around 8% on 1st floor of Tower of Frozen Shadows, we were there around an hour. We were level 115.

    Been set to 80% aa since I got 115 and just doing stuff and helping people Ive gained 14%.

    And completely ignored that people wanted to fix the stacking issues … not overwrite one or the other. Even gave you help in where to move the debuff.

    If folks are running Arcane Disjunction Aura (rather than the other auras available to an enchanter), why would they want something to easily overwrite it. And it doesn't follow the normal stacking rules.

    ADA Rk 2 - 78 magic debuff

    Max Cryo - 50 fire, cold magic debuff

    I have no way of knowing if that 28 points means anything, but shouldn't it work if desired?

    It’s funny, we’ve got to the point to where 1 to 1.5% regular experience every 30 minutes is just too rewarding.

    Probably more likely the 25 AA for killing 1 mob every 20 min.

    Yeah, but that just goes to show how significantly large the experience required are for these levels. It’s still a terrible AA rate though.

    No...killing 1 mob and getting 25 AA was ridiculous. Glad they fixed it, wish they would have fixed it sooner.

    No, killing the mob rewards 1-2 AA and turning in the quest gives the 24 AA. Which, then gives a 30 minute lockout, thus 26 AA is a terrible rate over 30 minutes.

    Why? Did someone else's decision to use that quest for experience somehow impact your gameplay?

    Yep, exploitation of the lockout timers to get 25 AA in a few minutes breaks the spirit of the game.

    Get task, complete task. Lockout is 30 minutes. There is no exploit here. That's the lockout on all of them. An exploit would be getting around that 30 minute timer and doing it immediately.

    Is it too much XP for such a short task? Sure... and that's getting addressed.

    Lockout is from the task request. Since some time is spent running about, the effective lockout is a lot shorter than 30 minutes.
