Someone in my group last night that I group with regularly has done All hail the king before. They’ve completed all tasks required to zone into Esianti and have obviously done All hail the king which requires all this. They did not get TA’ed to the mission, they were in the zone helping complete it when they did it. This was about a week ago. Every since, this person can no longer do All hail the king. When I request the mission and said person tries to zone into Esianti, it gives them a message along the lines of “you do not belong here”. They’ve linked all their previous progression and have completed Vindicator of Burning Lands which is what is required to zone into Esianti.
Though, not pertaining exactly to the patch notes, a bug still exists with the Necromancers' AA "Focus: Scourge of Fates". I zoned between each test, incase that was needed. Description for rank 9 and 10: This passive ability increases the base damage of your Scourge of Fates and Scourge of Destiny spells by 18% & 20% (respectfully).
