Zone: Primal Brood Standard Guildhall / Guild Lobby

Description: Zoning out of the Standard Guild Hall to Guild Lobby caused a several minute zoning process, after which time, all AA's on the affected character had been reset to 0, and a portion of those AA's (likely the ones not considered spent?) were refunded.

This seems a similar result to the /resetaa command, with two major distinctions:

No auto-grantable abilities are being autogranted after logging out and logging in, or after de-leveling and re-leveling.

    And

Over 20k aa's seem to be missing (likely the ones which would be autogranted).

A petition was submitted and the following were attached in jpg form:

https://gyazo.com/b4ee323a036a99208306380e62cbcde6 - Shows AA total, last AA milestone reached on the character in question, and class tab

    A comparison AA screenshot on a level 115 character - https://gyazo.com/5e523f80a7b54f6be36dae4dd6144fcb

The answer to the initial petition states "the character was over the saved advancement point limit when logging out" (screenshot of that response - https://gyazo.com/b5c0a8a2397f4815ffa088c6d5cf9466 ) which is factually incorrect (from anything I was able to see on my end), as can be seen in the images shown. 338 is less than the limit of 360, and 338 would not be the unspent amount remaining if the character was logged out with an excess number. Additionally, and arguably more importantly, these screenshots were taken before the character was logged out.

I have not been able to reproduce this on alts.

edit - This seems to have fixed itself today, however, I do not know if this happened on its own or as a result of the petition. After the ~10th time I logged out and back in, the missing AA's were auto-granted (though potentially too many were autogranted?)
