Can't say I saw any mages while grouping at level 30 - 36 in Lower Guk yesterday.

As I am leveling my second toon and currently spent the last two days in lguk I have not seen any of this. People have one experience and come crying to these forums to scream about the sky falling.

Also why would you have any more claim to a camp then the mage does?

You're in Lguk... other than the darkelf mask people are trying to sell (which can drop in a bunch of places) no one cares about that zone...

He said low lvl dungeons. Ur right though no one cares about the low lvl 14 pick zone...

Some dude is camping random level 25 gear and you're upset? People are allowed to use their mage to camp any gear they want. The real actual camps(chardok) aren't being farmed by 1 afk mage.

Well, simply because the levitate cloak has a chance of dropping, what I specifically mean is that it has become trendy to just take the named from a group xp'ing in Unrest basement & tower, as well as solA king, for example. "You can have everything but the named" might seem trivial to you because you jumped to level 60 on day 2 of the server, but many people I've grouped with (and myself) are upset that we don't get a chance at loot, which is what this server is supposed to be promoting. Instead, you're forced to level all the way up, and buy the gear in commons.

"Random Loot" and "Free Trade" rulesets basically amplify this behavior.

The Krono scalpers no longer need to camp at a single spot for 24 hours; instead, they can claim multiple spots within any level range. And, without First-to-Engage, they have the freedom to take any NPC they want - especially when they out level the group at the 'camp'. Hence that Necromancer in the shared video just walking in and taking over.

I find it appealing because I have been able to play completely solo self found and still get all the loot I wanted, including jboots, peggy cloak and CoS. That all would have been far harder on a normal ruleset server, and I certainly wouldn't have been able to hold those camps while they still gave exp.

Had to wait a few times for a camp to open but of the dozens of folks I ran into in my endeavors only 1 was a jerk. Others helped me and I helped them, or at worst we were simply polite and went on our merry way. I have had lot of people enter my camp and swear they weren't there to KS they just wanted to see if a quest items was rotting. I sent them a tell when it dropped.

I mean.. I saw a solo bot necro soloing the bridge late at night a couple days back ..
