Searched but might have missed it. Does the Evolving gear count towards improving the TBL charms and if so what level does the gear need to be at to count? Seems like at max level (without TBL completionist) the GMM one is not helped by it. I have not gotten the raid charm yet.
I know the posted its supposed to. Just does not seem to be working with raid gear against the GMM charms correctly. So was hoping somebody was seeing better with the raid charms against raid gear.
Side note, thanks for posting those dev quotes about when the charms should work. I didn’t realize charms from the previous expansion would still be maxed with gear from the current.
Yeah, that's a more recent change. Otherwise you would be losing stats every time you upgraded a Vis slot the following expansion.
